OUR GOAL AT CMESELL.com IS TO MAKE IT AS EASY AS POSSIBLE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS TO LIST AND SELL THEIR HOMES!!

Your First Step:

  1. Print out CMESELL.com Marketing Agreement – 4 pages
  2. Fill out CMESELL.com Marketing Agreement

Your Second Step: Decide the Additions:

  1. Do you want to have a lock box on your property? If so, indicate on the CMESELL.com Marketing Agreement. IF NOT, please make sure to initial the paragraph indicating that you do not wish to have a lock box.
  2. Make sure to indicate the telephone number and e-mail address that you want posted on your web page on CMESELL.com web site.
  3. Select the photos you want to provide of your property.
  4. Write the ADDITIONAL marketing remarks for your photos (1,000 characters max PER photo). E-mail additional marketing remarks (in corresponding order of photos) to sales@cmesell.com

Your Third Step:

  1. Complete the CMESELL.com Marketing Contract and SIGN (All parties selling your real estate MUST sign all the FORMS), then fax the paperwork, along with a copy of your check to our FAX NUMBER:      360 – 824 -- 6077
  2. Mail your Check to CMESELL.com at 3635 Seabeck Hwy NW, Bremerton, WA 98312

Your Fourth Step:

  1. E-mail up to 25 photos to sales@cmesell.com

Once we receive your CMESELL.com Marketing Contract, we will fill out the NWMLS forms as completely as possible and e-mail them to you. You’ll be able to print these forms out, complete the rest of the forms and e-mail or fax back to CMESELL.com.

Your listing won’t be complete until these forms are filled out and received by CMESELL.com. Once we receive the NWMLS forms, we’ll enter your home, property or condo into the NWMLS and the Internet web sites that CMESELL.com markets and advertises on.

We’ll send you a confirmation e-mail, letting you know that we’ve received all your paperwork and that your property is ACTIVE. We’ll send you links to most of the web sites that we market and advertise your property on.

Once payment is received, we schedule the professional sign installation for you and deliver the Purchase & Sales Agreement forms!
