Marlene has been our families realtor for years. She is very professional and yet makes you feel very comfortable about buying or selling I’ve been on both sides with her. Marlene was my listing agent for a house in Millburn, NJ. I was extremely pleased with the service Marlene provided to me (and my family). She was professional, extremely responsive and always kept me in the loop. Some repairs were required during the negotiation of the house which would have been particularly difficult to manage (for someone that lives out of state) but Marlene was very helpful in coming up with resolutions (and helping to manage those repairs). Marlene is the best you can get in that area. she is a very hard worker, responds immediately. Very good negotiator, and gets the deals DONE! Ours was a difficult house to sell, and she was honest about the listing price and market price. She will tell you what will make the house sell. I have worked with marlene on several other houses I have sold, and I have never been disappointed.

YOU probably think you might consider selling your home yourselves, as we thought. Our experience is that you should tell yourself NO. NO, NO, NO!!! Had we listed ourselves we would have set our price probably higher than her comps suggested, likely cutting our traffic. Had we got any offers, they surely would have been less than our list, 'Because we were saving money with no agent'. Had we received a lesser offer, surely we would have jumped on it to negotiate our best with a buyer. We would have been blind to the nuances of a home sale contract. Marlene created an EPIC professional-photographed glossy brochure of our home. We likely received 10 appointments on the very first day and had 4 full offers within 4 days of listing. Marlene directed a 'Best and Final Offer' at her office, which we would not have thought about. And in selecting the winning sealed bid, Marlene, as one of the top Real Estate agents in the entire state, proved her worth in directing the contract negotiations - every bit as strong as the attorney we selected. Is HER Real Estate commission worth it? Absolutely! Our QUICK sale, and her contract advice paid for itself and then some!!
