Carl has assisted hundreds of people in selling and buying homes since 1995. A recipient of the nationally recognized Graduate REALTOR Institute designation. Carl has been named among Richmond's "Top Ten REALTORS" each year since 2004 for number of real estate transactions performed. He resides in Mechanicsville with his wife Lisa and two sons.
