Drone photos of the horizon were taken only 22 feet above the level grade of the build site in order to accurately convey the actual views from the 2nd story of a home if built here. Leveled build site area is currently approximately 40 feet wide x 60 to 70 feet long front to rear. A larger footprint could be had if desired. An apparent driveway was graded on and around the left side of the build site to a fairly flattened ''parking area''(?) on the far end which I've been calling the ''back side'' of the property and potential home. Gravel driveway has a steeper section near the top. Driveway gets steep towards the top. Potential viewers are encouraged to come in either 4WD or AWD vehicles, or park in the level driveway section near the bottom and walk up to the top. If you drive to the top, please do not drive onto the leveled build site plateau at the top. Please park in front of the shed to left.
