5.33 Acre Lot on a cul-de-sac with rolling hills and a good mixture of harwood and pine throughout. The already developed Deerfield neighborhood is 10 minutes from downtown Chapin and part of the Chapin school system. It would be a well and septic system that would have to be done on the property. It would also need to be cleared for the driveway and house site. There is quite a large drop-off at the cul de sac entrance to the property. We have had many questions on this. When talking to builders the driveway would have to be built up but would be included in the builders package when building a road to the house site. The site would most likely be in the middle of the property at the top of the property.
