In a market with not enough rental units this is a great walkable location for potential tenants. We just got approval from the City of Kettering to allow for R4 muli-family zoning. According to the city you should be able to build 2 stories and up to 18 units. We also have approval for skirting at the street and have been in discussions with the owner next door for egress through their lot as well. For more information contact Bob Caperna.
.75 acre building situated within the Kettering school district. This lot is determined to be part of Madison's Grant subdivision. There is no city sewer available and the city of Kettering has approved the lot for septic system. It is our understanding that all other utilities are available at the street. Building construction must adhere to the Madison's Grant association stipulations as to square footage and exterior construction materials.
