This is part of the new subdivision Clear Creek, the lot is wooded with a private entrance off of Gusher Knob road and has a great flowing stream that gives you that peaceful solitude. This is parcel is one that you search for and most likely never find. The land is part of association rules, however since it has an entrance outside the subdivision it is not subject to the dues required by the other lots.
