As a result of three major fires that spread through the town over the years and a flood, the Wells Fargo building, and the grocery are the only additional buildings that remain standing today from the 1850s. The former grocery Sun Sun Woo Company, owned by Sun Woo, is located at the far end of town where they lived. Today the store is a gift shop. Other interesting sights include the hangman s tree and an old mine locomotive sitting in front of the Hotel Jeffrey.
