Nice usable timber land in Bieber/Burney, Ca, Lassen County consisting of 167 Acres with 84 acres on one side of Anderson ranch road and 83 acres on the east side Anderson ranch road. This makes it easy to designate one side of the property for a family member's use. Lots of timber to build out-buildings or corrals & fencing. Surrounded by USFS lands on south, West, East and half of the north line. Land is zoned TPZ and can possibly be changed to other uses. Note that TPZ zoning reduces the taxes to a minimal tax rate. Great for Horse camp, hunting, church group outings, animal grazing, ATV riding and trails. Lassen State Park just a short ways and Pit River and Fall River are a short distance for great Trout Fishing. My Sign is at begenning of property and at the end.
Great flat lot in Bieber 100'*112.5' ( 2 APN's) City water and sewer at street. maybe the least expensive opportunity to build or locate a manufactured home. Also in Lassen County 2nd best County in California to work work with.
First time on the market in over a century. The 1,850-acre Derrick Rd Ranch has been in the same family since the early 1920s. Sitting at about 4,100 feet in elevation and over a mile and half of the Pit River, the ranch is ideal for summer grazing. Currently the ranch runs about 400 pair and approximately 100 yearlings from May to early November. There are two sets of corrals. The current owner states that the ranch has run as many as 1,200 yearlings for the season. Of the 1,850 acres, about 1,200 acres are irrigated via gravity flow with adjudicated water rights from the Pit River and Iverson reservoir. In the northeastern corner of the ranch there is about 150 acres of irrigated farm ground with a 50hp well on Surprise Valley Electric.
