The subdivision is bounded on the west side by the Sandia Pueblo and on the other sides by the Sandia District of the Cibola National Forest. The Sandia mountains limit air travel overhead. Traffic in the subdivision is light. The area is very quiet. The views from the ridge crossing these lots are beautiful. At night the lights of Albuquerque twinkle. Ridge lines surround on the west and north. The east view is of some the most distinguishing features of the Sandia Mountains. The temperatures are cooler than Albuquerque. There is no electricity, gas, water, sewer, phone, county-maintained road system, or mineral rights. The plat does define the location of the lots and roads.
