It looks great and the price is great so let me get the issues out of the way first! This is an estate and the estate cannot make any needed repairs. The estate will not remove tenants though they are great tenants. First floors rent is well below market so a healthy increase is possible. There is an outstanding issue regarding heat on the second floor and new owners must, per the town add additional heating for the second unit, either more electric heaters, splits, etc..
