Suncrest 55+ is a great place to live! This cute 1300sq.ft home is nestled on a quiet, lovely street. Nice cathedral ceilings in living room and dining room and kitchen. The owner had the kitchen redone a couple of years back. New cabinets, new dishwasher, GFCIs in kitchen. Then added vinyl flooring in living and bedrooms. Tile in kitchen. Had the interior and exterior painted. the windows are double paned. The roof was put in not too long before this owner who has been there 5 years. We will have more photos next week.
