Home is in great shape with new heat pump and mini split unit to make it very comfortable year round. Lots of space with a 10X13 bonus room which could be large office or craft space, also very large 11X20 dining room that also has many options. The Ponds is a small community with two large ponds fed by the Watauga River. Large decks at edge of ponds for finshing or just sitting and enjoying the water. Home is sold furnished with some exceptions. Must see!!
