This condo is simply amazing. The condition and attention to detail are second to none. The condo has always been meticulously maintained and no cost spared if anything was needed. The windows are about 10 years old and the roof was recently replaced. The refurbished rear deck is less than one year old. There's newer flooring in the master bathroom. The carpet is about 15 years old, but you would think it's nearly brand new. A grandma lived in this unit for 15 years and absolutely loved and maintained it. Condo fee includes snow removal, lawn & trimming, outside insurance
