If growing is your thing, here you go. This is a fully operational greenhouse with an additional room with cooling room, pumps for fertilizers and amendments, along with a work area for packing. Large fans in main greenhouse are temp. regulated with a top of the line air circulation system. In the mechanics room there is a backup generator and all controls for fans/heaters, the pressure tank for well and all controls for moisture and air systems. Hydroponics system used is one often toured by Universities due to its design. Greenhouse is approx. 27,050 sq ft and has canvas over dirt as base. New double plastic cover was installed in 2020. Has blowers to insulate between the layers for additional temp. control. Natural gas has just be hooked up instead of propane for heaters, making it more cost effective set up. Additional open ground behind greenhouse for additional buildings or planting opportunities. Could easily be set up for composting operation as well.
