Great location on the Hendricks County Square. Building sits on the corner at a stoplight and has great views of the Courthouse and downtown. Upstairs of the former bank is like going back in time. One half of the upstairs has been converted into studio apartments with all new appliances. The half still could be used as offices or converted into studio apartments. The basement is also like going back in time, 8.5' ceilings and an interesting all brick room with brick dome ceiling. Main level is currently used as offices. Also one of the few building in downtown Danville with its own parking.
