Our yard is not fenced so we walk our dog to do his business. There are lots of dogs being walked in the morning and evenings with most people stopping by the park up the street. Our home is beautifully landscaped which provides a lovely patio on which to enjoy morning coffee or an evening beverage. We have snowbirds that have rented from us for years, some of whom have made NSB their home and are now our neighbors. It is truly a wonderful place which to enjoy your time in NSB and all that it has to offer so SEAS the Moment! The monthly rate is $3800 for Jan. - Aug. and Oct. All other months are $3500.
