Access to dock and heated pool, both with beautiful views of sunsets on St. Joseph's Sound. Two kayaks come with the condo and can be conveniently launched onsite. A bicycle is included too! Honeymoon Island State Park is minutes away and a pass to the park is included. Close to Publix, Walgreens, Family Fitness Center, Mobil gas station. Many restaurants are a short walk including Frenchy's Outpost and Grill, Cuervo Bianco Pizza. Sand Bar Grill, Benedict's, Brenda's, Happy Cactus, Madison Avenue Pizza and several others. Close to Dunedin shops, restaurants, festivals and the TD Blue Jays Baseball Stadium for summer ball. Golf at Dunedin Country Club and other courses. The Pinellas Bike and Walking Trail runs from Tarpon Springs through Dunedin and down to St. Petersburg. The Pinellas Trail can be accessed from the condo. Clearwater and Clearwater beach are a short drive. The Dunedin Fine Arts Center is close and offers art and culinary classes. The Dolphin Point Condo Association requires a $100 application fee and background check. IF APPROVED.....Three month minimum rental is required by Landlord with 6 months preferred. A $150 cleaning fee and applicable rental taxes will be added to the tenants rental agreement and monies due prior to move in per the lease. Rent includes, Water, Sewer, Trash, Basic Cable, Internet, Pest Control and up to $85 a month in electricity. NO PETS OR SMOKING!Rental rate of $1,500 a month will be honored if a 6 month lease is signed. This also means tenant will not have to pay short term rental taxes. Any lease less the 6 months will be at $1,800 a month plus tenant pays all applicable taxes for rental.
