Tenant to pay all utilities, yard care, snow/ ice removal, and trash removal. Family up the road plows the class 6 road during the winter. All Alexandria residents can enjoy Newfound Lake at Wellington Beach and boat launch for a small fee. If you are ready to brave the wilderness, this is the rental for you!
