Inside, the dining room leads to the kitchen and then the bonus area playroom/den (with a convertible sofa bed) and full-size new GE laundry. The bedroom wing is located on the opposite side of the living room. The master bedroom has a cal king bed, direct access to the yard and en suite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Directly across the hall is the ''pink room'' which is perfect for kids or two adults, with 2 twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a shower and direct access to the side yard - a short cut to the jacuzzi and outdoor shower. There's a hall bathroom that services guests and the ''pink room'' which has a shower/bath combo. The yard is a mini paradise with another large dining table (seats 10), lounge area, BBQ, kids' playhouse, grassy yard, yoga/workout area and of course the oversized pool (with Mountain View's), above ground jacuzzi and our brand new firepit area in "The Orchard". There are lots of seating areas set up around the yard and 4 lounge chairs to relax by the pool. PS Joy House taps into everything we all love about Palm Springs! Relaxing, Mountain View's, swimming and mid-century modern architecture. We set it up to be very family friendly with our own young kids in mind. There is a child/pet proof fence around the pool so you can actually relax on your vacation! If you prefer, the fence could be taken down during your stay. In addition to the pool & jacuzzi, your kids will love the playhouse outside & bonus area playroom just off the kitchen! Stretch out in the very spacious yard that wraps around the house. This home is available for a furnished rental, long or short term (one month minimum, but would be ideally looking for a winter lease up to a one year lease). Contact for details. Some items (like kids toys) could easily be removed, if not wanted etc. Utilities would depend on lease term. Short term leases would include utilities (pool heating would be extra cost). No smoking. Ample parking on large driveway, street parking and 2 car garage.
