Great spot for a small cabin or camper to base camp from. The property is located in the center of a large (300 square miles) mostly undeveloped area consisting of mainly State and Federal owned land where there is over 100 miles of gravel roads to explore without hitting pavement in addition to the countless miles of trails including the Yukon snowmobile and Moose Walk ATV trails. The land has easy access off of a DNR maintained Road. There are hiking trails throughout the property with a couple different building sites. The property joins state land to the south and has a variety of mature trees.
