The Caldwell Parish Tract (#03019-03903) is a 861.6-acre (per GIS Estimate) tract of timberland located in Caldwell Parish about nine miles northwest of Columbia, LA(North 32.15718, West 92.22401). About 195 acres mainly in the upland areaswere harvested in 2022 and have not been replanted; another 56 acres were also harvested in the bottomland area. The vast majority of the property features an assortment of timber types ranging from hardwood bottoms of various ages, cypress-tupelo wetland habitat and some pine dominant stands. Castor Creek and Bills Creek, both perennial stream, flowthrough the property in a southerly direction.Access is available with multiple woodsroads through adjacent landowners.
