What a view! Lake view at sunrise - just beautiful! Or possible view, with your new elevated home. This community of quiet, yet friendly. Very nice area for young families and first-time homeowners. This community has a nice mix of neighbors, with established long-term residents and new home buyers. The community pool is a large 60k gallon pool available for Tanglewood Shores HOA area only. The pool is open from May to September. The season pass is $75 per year. This lot is close to the lake and Potters Creek boat ramp. There are a few mature trees for nice shady areas. This area does allow boat parking, manufactured homes, and RV storage. The best use of this lot, in my opinion, would be to take advantage of the lake view by building a two-story house, a house on stilts, barndominium, a multi-floor modular, the building and investment opportunities are quite numerous in the minimal restriction HOA, and low HOA fees.
