Good news: Great location. Nearby beach access at Lost Creek State Park and plenty of room for RV shop or garage. Possible creek in the back of the property per neighbor. Too dense to see. Nice neighborhood with high value homes in the area. Now for the bad news... NO permits. Not for the building or the septic.County was not able to give me any information and stated that the property is a tear down. There are some salvageable material in the home but it is being sold as land and it is being sold AS IS. It is a tear down. due diligence on the buyer and buyers agent.
