Located on the Columbia/Adair county line between Burkesville and Columbia, this off-grid hunting farm offers fields, food plots, a mostly graveled private road system, pinch points, and a management plan in place for the past 20 + years to grow trophy bucks. This tract includes one half acre field and a wildlife pond, pus another 1/4 acre food plot further back. Other terrain is steeper, with around 120' elevation changes from ridge tops to bottoms, making it steeper than the land to the north, but not as tall as the 250' mountains to the south around Burkesville. It is a transition area between mostly open land to the north and mountainous land to the south. Many other fields are interspersed in the area making for great hunting land for deer and turkey.
