Sale will be by 10 business day upset process with multiple chances to bid. All bids will be submitted by email and a contract prepared after bid closing and preliminary acceptance of the bid by NC DOT. A single 10-day period will begin with submission of the first bid. It is not extended by bidding. All bidders must complete REALTOR Standard Form 610 prior to bidding indicating acceptance of 10% Auction Premium. Form is available from Listing Agent or agent's website. Processing of the sale by DOT can take 3-4 months after bid closing. Bidding closes on 4/24/2024.
