This lot is all about the amazing views and is one of the more remote lots at Acord Lake. If you want privacy this the the lot for you. The road dead ends and does not have a lot of traffic. This lot is is not really accessible by car. The CC&Rs prohibit permanent residency. Call the agent for directions since the pin and address are not exact. There is a sign on the property. Directions to property are: Turn off on 1-70 in Salina Canyon on exit 73 go on Convulsion Road. Turn left at Collier Road. Go past Nunya BLvd Turn Right at the forest service sign. Stay on the road Go past Howa's and Hyatts signs. The lot is right after Hyatts on the left side of the road. This is zoned recreational. The County does not allow permanent occupancy.
