These lots are beautiful and have excellent building sites (no mobile homes). Having two lots will give you plenty of room to build your home nestled into the middle and have privacy surrounding it. The seller has a survey that will determine the exact acreage. Perk test were done when this was first developed and those places are still obvious on the lots. There are flags giving you a location to walk into the property on a path that will lead to a nice building site.
