Private 11.4 +/- ac. mostly wooded. The current address is Zack Drive as it is a portion of a 17 acres lot located on Zack Dr. However, the legal access is a 50' easement off of Hwy 268. This land was partially cleared years ago but does have young pines coming up where it was originally cleared near the back at the bottom of the tract where the Sauratown Mountain & pond views are. No road maintenance agreement is in place. The easement does provide legal access to the 4 acres tract which it borders. The 4 ac. tract is posted. If you want to walk the land you may enter it from the Hwy 268 easement with a 4-wheel drive or park in the grassy area in front of the post and walk in by the road. For easier walk-in access, enter at the back of the land by taking Aleisha Lane (beside Twin Oaks Apt) to the end of the road. Park in front of the stump by the doublewide on the left. The owner of the doublewide has given permission to walk in by his driveway. Follow signs to subject land.
