Hunt on your own land or the thousands of acres on National Forest/BLM land nearby. Sand Creek residents have access to privately stocked fishing. Roads are not plowed in the winter. Sand Creek is not in Red Feather Lakes. Only a few of the Sellers personal items are excluded. Wood splitter, weed eater, gas grill, patio furniture, all furniture and furnishings in the cabin/bunk house are included. Most everything has been updated in 2018 and 2019. Just come and enjoy!
