The interior has been remodeled and plans were in the works for the exterior. There is a woodshed and a storage shed that sits just off the porch which can hold all of your toys. The price includes 1 stock share in the Half Moon Beach Association. The Association fee is $1900 per year which includes taxes and maintenance. The camp is hooked into the community water system. New owners will be required to hook into the new septic system.
