WATER, WATER, WATER! Sitting 60 miles between Wickenburg and Kingman is the Big Sandy Ranch with 1,577 acres and 813 acre feet of water rights. Three of the four parcels are bisected by the Big Sandy River consisting of 80 acres, 640 acres and 217.8 acres. The northern two river parcels sit just north of the confluence with Burro Creek. The fourth parcel sits just west of the Big Sandy River and is 640 acres. The Big Sandy River is classified at this stretch as perennial flow (ADEQ, USGS).
