The other side of the building serves as a shop/storage area and is complete with electrical wiring, lighting, washer dryer/connections, and two 12' x 12' insulated garage doors with automatic openers. There is a nice 10 ft wide covered porch along one side of the building that is a nice place to sit in the evening or enjoy the hot tub (included) that overlooks the pond area and surrounding woods.
