Bart and Chip (the horses) invite you to come and tour their awesome stable and 4 acres of pasture. Their 40' by 30' stable offers two stalls, a tack room, a hay loft, frost-free faucets with cool water, a wash stall which they love with the hot summers plus a separate shop area. The home for the humans was custom built and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the master bedroom suite measuring 31' x 12'. The tall ceilings give the home an open feel. There are solid knotty pine arch top doors and trim. The large kitchen has hickory cabinets, a black walnut bar countertop, and a deck that overlooks Bart and Chip's pasture. Of the 10 acres, a bunch of turkeys and deer claim the 5 wooded acres. That leaves 1 acre for the humans and their house and yard, which Bart and Chip feel is fair.
