As we quickly approach our one year anniversary in our home, Kenny and I wanted to thank you again for all you did to help us get here. We often laugh when friends mention what they consider a typical experience purchasing a foreclosed home involves. There was nothing typical about our experiences. How many houses and contracts did you write for us? I stopped counting after 7 thinking we'd never win a bid.

As the rain and snow pounded our home this past winter we often thought of you. Do you remember us fighting you on the idea of asking the bank to completely replace the roof? You said to go for it and I was sure we'd lose the deal. I'm smiling just thinking about how your knowledge and persistence paid off. Our new roof cost us nothing and if we would have waited until this spring to replace it the damage and financial impact would have devastated us.

This home is exactly where we needed to be. Again, thank you so much helping helping us get here.

We met Donna 5 years ago when she helped us purchase our first home in Reno. Being that we lived in Oregon at the time, we knew very little about the area. She was honest, helpful and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect starter home. Being that we trusted her and things went so smoothly with our first purchase, we had her help us find our 2nd home. With the arrival of a new baby, we needed more space and wanted to be closer to work. Again, Donna gave us advice, support and guided us through the selling & buying process smoothly. Tenacity and Hard Work

"When we came house hunting from San Jose, California, we had 3 days to find a house. Donna stuck with us until we found the house that was right for us in price, location, conveniences, and, most important, had everything we needed as senior citizens.

It didn't stop there. We retreated to California, not to return until moving day. In the interim, Donna helped arrange for home inspections, including the follow up with the current owners, and she arranged for all repairs needed. She hired a house cleaning service for move in day, advised us on how to establish our utilities, and even recommended a window washer and our new dentist! We were able to handle all the paperwork by mail and email and all aspects of the purchase and move went smoothly, thanks entirely to Donna's tenacity and hard work.
